Overview

Silver Springs Airport is a general aviation airport located in Silver Springs, Nevada. The Airport includes many amenities, such as AV fuel, including jet A fuel, LPV landing approach system, AWOS II, pilot lounge, bathroom, hangars, lighted runway, tie down ramps, and manager onsite.

Built as a military airstrip in 1943, Silver Springs Airport was converted to a public use, general aviation airport in 1991. The lighted, runway is 6000’ x 75’ feet wide, capable of landing most general aviation and corporate aircraft.

Recent improvements include an LPV navigation approach for corporate jets and jet A fuel.
